Integral cards

Gloss or matt laminate clean release cards die cut from the document itself. This allows personalisation of letter and card in one pass.

Multi fold integral cards

Manufactured as integral cards but can be folded in half to form a self standing card when released from the carrier document.

Suitable for - mini booklets and business cards with additional advertising or information.

Self laminating integral cards

Manufactured as integral cards but when released from carrier document, personalised information and even a photograph can be encapsulated to form a tamperproof card.

Suitable for - identity, admission, loyalty or any tamperproof card.

Integral labels

Manufactured as integral cards but without any laminate, this allows you to personalise a form and a label simultaneously.

Suitable for - product picking labels, delivery notes, self return labels, bar code
labels etc.

Pressure seal

Pressure sealing is a simple and cost effective process of folding and sealing single page, continuous or cut sheet forms to produce secure, confidential and tamperproof documents that are ready for mailing. The paper has special glue applied at points around its edges which only becomes active when pressure is applied. This is achieved by using equipment which will both fold and seal the documents at high speed. Pressure sealing eliminates the need for enveloping and will therefore dramatically reduce your operating costs and increase the efficiency of your document processing.

Where products have a monetary value such as vouchers or parking permits it is important to produce a secure document that cannot be copied or changed in any way. Using the same technology we use to produce cheques, we can produce a wide variety of forms to meet your needs with various levels of security from coloured foils to thermo chromic inks.
